Venetian Pointe by Zuckerman Homes, South Fort Myers newest community of custom estate villas, has just introduced a new and exciting floor plan to its already impressive offerings.

The Roma is a two-bedroom/two-bath plan with more than 1,500 square feet of living area. Highlights include a large great room with sliders that lead out to the Florida room, a spacious master suite with luxurious bath, a guest suite that looks out onto the landscaped, front entry courtyard, and an attached two-car garage.

Priced at $279,900, the Roma floor plan is now the lowest priced home in Venetian Pointe.

“Our original four floor plans, all of which are furnished models, have been very well received over the past several months.
