MY Shower Door marks 20th anniversary in Southwest Florida

MY Shower Door, a provider of heavy glass enclosures and innovative shower solutions, celebrates its 20th anniversary this month.

In September 2003, the Daubmann family opened MY Shower Door’s first frameless shower door showroom in Southwest Florida.

Today, the company boasts a team of more than 170 employees and maintains showrooms in North Naples, South Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Tampa,

Orlando and Boca Raton, with affiliate stores in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and York, Pennsylvania.

“We have been involved in the frameless shower door industry since the mid- ’80s, and it’s truly incredible to see how far we’ve come,” said founder Bill Daubmann. “Our commitment to innovation, our community, and exceptional customer service has been the driving force behind our growth.”

In 2007, MY Shower Door built and installed the “Best Shower Door in the United States,” as awarded by “Glass Magazine,” an industry trade publication. Most recently, MY Shower Door, along with sister company D-3 Glass, earned a spot on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list, a national honor roll highlighting the country’s fastest-growing private companies.

MY Shower Door has designed, manufactured and installed more than 110,000 custom, frameless shower doors and enclosures for homeowners, builders and property managers across Florida. MY Shower Door is a sister company to D3 Glass, which specializes in the fabrication, tempering and lamination of glass.
