Hopefield, a single-family villa neighborhood by Pulte Homes in Sandoval, is more than 60 percent sold, according to Bonita Bay Group, developer of the master-planned community in Cape Coral.

Hopefield, with 47 single-family villas, overlooks a lake, and water views have Mother Nature’s personal touch — herons, egrets and resident marsh birds feeding at the water’s edge.
