HaVen unveils expanded plans for Bell Tower

The principles of HaVen South Beach, the Miami-based creative hospitality/restaurant developers, recently announced significant expansion of its restaurant and lounge project at the Bell Tower Shops. HaVen Fort Myers will follow in the tradition of the flagship HaVen, and HuaHuas Taqueria concepts, both located on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road. HaVen Fort Myers will feature an expansive rooftop lounge with private cabanas as well as expanded ground-floor dining.

Award-winning Chef Todd Erickson has designed a menu the will feature a wide array of small plates, fully composed entrees and an expansive list of craft cocktails and martinis. Development of the space will require complete interior and exterior demolition of the space and will combine the available square footage, plus adding more ground floor outdoor dining, plus adding the rooftop space.

“HaVen’s physical expansion in the space upward and outward to 14,000 square feet, has poised it to become the default venue on the entire Southwest Florida coast for unforgettable special occasions, dynamic corporate events, the best happy hour and that sophisticated, traditional brunch Fort Myers really needs,” said HaVen principle Brad Cozza. “The complex digital video technology HaVen designed and pioneered, along with a larger, more flexible space, has exponentially more upside potential on the destination events side.”
