Named for its panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, the Grandview at Bay Beach 11-story luxury high-rise to be built by award-winning developer London Bay within the gated Waterside neighborhood at Bay Beach on the southern tip of Estero Island will offer a haven that residents can enjoy on their own terms. Whether taking advantage of the amenities within the building, or exploring the attractions on Estero Island, Grandview residents will experience the best of Southwest Florida’s relaxed lifestyle. Grandview is the only new high-rise tower in Southwest Florida that offers walkable beach access and immediate proximity to marinas situated just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.

“It’s been more than 10 years since a new building has been built on Estero Island, and design sensibilities have changed,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay. “The market is ready for something new. When I first drove to the Grandview site and saw the potential, I thought it was a great opportunity. It was the last luxury high-rise pad in Waterside and one of the last opportunities on Estero Island. We’re creating a building that will fit nicely into Waterside while representing 2020 rather than the early 2000s. The building design is coastal contemporary with an up-to-date aesthetic. It was important to ensure the residences offer excellent views of Southwest Florida’s sunsets. The location offers views in all directions. Every view will showcase either the Bay or the Gulf. The laid-back lifestyle of Estero Island – the boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, the beach, or just enjoying local restaurants and coffee shops – it’s a great lifestyle that along with the beautifully designed building and residences offers a winning combination.”

Grandview will feature 58 residences ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet with three or four bedrooms, dens, three or three-and-a-half bathrooms, and private elevator access. Each residence includes covered outdoor terraces oriented to the southeast, south, and southwest. The six residences on the top floor will be penthouses with 11-foot ceilings and a private two-car garage per unit. Grandview offers a pet-friendly living environment with no weight restrictions. Select purchase opportunities from the high $900s are available.

“The floor plans reflect London Bay’s nearly 30 years of residential design and construction experience, as well as the creativity of the architect and interior designers,” said Wilson. “Our goal was to offer new, up-to-date plans that meet our homebuyers’ needs. Grandview’s open-concept plans are on-trend, luxurious, and exceptionally livable. Spacious balconies will take full advantage of the views.”

“The Grandview plans provide spaces that allow for conversation, entertaining, media viewing, and indoor/outdoor living while showcasing the views,” said Jennifer Stevens, senior design director at Romanza Interior Design. “The plans allow designers to use materials and ceiling designs to create a cohesive foundation for their designs. I envision a Grandview residence being finished with a color palette that accommodates personal collected items, artwork, and mementos. The terraces wrap the living areas and master suites, providing outdoor living areas that flow into the interior spaces, as well as a private retreat off the master suite. To integrate the indoor/outdoor spaces, I would use the same or a very similar color in flooring materials to unite the spaces visually.” Grandview’s amenities will complement the building’s coastal contemporary architecture. Residents will take advantage of a fitness center and an adjacent yoga studio. Men’s and women’s changing rooms have been envisioned with sleek, stainless-steel fixtures and finishes. Residents will host visitors in two guest suites. A floating staircase will gracefully curve from the first-floor lobby to Grandview’s second floor amenities level, “The EL,” a reference to the tower’s brand tagline of “Elevated Waterfront Living.” Grandview residents will have access to the amenities offered within Waterside, including a resort-style swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, walking and jogging paths, a fishing pier, beach access, and nearby marinas.

“Grandview’s living experience will start with a sense of arrival under an inviting canopy and the transition into a lobby that conveys the feeling of being in a luxurious, modern building with a wonderful design aesthetic,” said Wilson. “This is totally new for Estero Island. There are no existing buildings with the same sense of arrival or a similar lobby. Because the amenities are so important, we created an outdoor gathering space known as The EL. It will be a comfortable space perfect for parties, family occasions, or events. Trellised seating areas, fireplaces, a large screen television, barbecue area, and a bar will create an inviting place to enjoy the views.”

The Grandview residences have been designed to showcase luxurious finishes and appointments, including volume tray ceilings accented with crown molding in the foyer, kitchen and dining areas. Purchasers will preview the luxury options and features they can select when they visit London Bay’s Selection Studio.

“The Selection Studio provides the ultimate selection experience by delivering creatively appointed environments that reflect our clients’ personal styles,” said London Bay’s Selection Studio manager, Alena Birger. “We’ve created a selection program for Grandview residents and pre-priced the available selections. Clients will be invited to a preview appointment to introduce them to the features in their new home, and to review available options. The option program allows clients to personalize their new home in a variety of styles and colors.”

The Grandview sales center at 4530 Bay Beach Lane is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. For information, call 239-307-0211 or visit GrandviewBayBeach.com.
