FineMark Bank National Bank & Trust is moving into a new 60,000-squarefoot home at 8695 College Parkway in Fort Myers. It’s a short drive of less than a mile from the institution’s former home of about 20,000 square feet at Riverwalk at Whiskey Creek but a big step up in many ways. FineMark is doing more than erecting a signature building in the Southwest Florida landscape. The bank also made a $1 million pledge to FGCU’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. That pledge will help build a three-story, 27,000-square-foot home for the university’s School of Entrepreneurship and the Small Business Development Center, as well as FGCU’s Regional Economic Research Institute. Talk about leaving a mark.
