Stock Signature Homes expands inventory home construction at Hidden Harbor:

Stock Signature Homes is expanding construction of move-in ready homes at Hidden Harbor, a Gulf-access waterfront boating community in South Fort Myers. Hidden Harbor offers its residents an amazing nautical lifestyle. Six new inventory homes have broke ground in July and are scheduled for completion before the end of the year.

Hidden Harbor offers a stunning collection of three and four bedroom homes ranging from 2,600 to more than 3,186 square feet of living area with base prices from the mid-$400s. “Stock has been adding new inventory homes so homebuyers can move in immediately and be ready for the winter season. These are priced from just $508,685!” said Brian Keller, Vice President of Sales for Stock Development. “Move-in ready homes are also available right now, six more have broken ground and four beautifully furnished models are available for viewing.”

Among the furnished models is the Corleone. It is a two-story, four-bedroom (plus loft convertible to a fifth bedroom) plan with three and one-half-baths. The great room design also includes a formal dining room and a second floor playroom. The home offers 3,172 square feet under air and a total of 4,331 square feet including a screened and covered lanai and an attached two-car garage garage plus a fun-car garage. The interior design was completed by Daniel Kilgore of Soco Interiors.

“The overall feel is contemporary coastal with layers of light neutral grays, tans, and whites with strong accents of blue-green and coral,” said Kilgore. “The furnishings mix clean-lined upholstery with more rustic, unique casegoods which provide lots of texture.”

The great room is designed for entertaining and is open to the kitchen and breakfast nook, which features a large chalkboard wall. The master bedroom has a painted panel bed wall detail with a soft aqua metallic wall covering inserts. The upstairs loft has been turned into a secondary living space with a big sectional, a craft/game table and a painted ceiling detail.

The spacious lanai has a shellstone deck surrounding the pool and has a great outdoor dining and lounging space with a great view of the bay.

Three additional furnished models are open – the Ruffino II, the Biscayne and the Ameila. A total of 12 floorplans are offered in the community’s signature Contemporary Coastal design.

Among the move-in ready homes is the Tivoli III. This exquisitely designed home provides spaciousness and livability in a three-bedroom, three-bath greatroom-style home. The Tivoli III features a formal study, a gourmet island-style kitchen with a dining room, a screened covered lanai and an attached two-car garage.

The home offers 2,062 square feet under air and is a total of 3,057 square feet including the lanai, the entry and the garage. It is priced at an amazing $508, 685!

The inventory homes under construction include the Siesta, the Myrtle, the Myrtle II and the Marathon.

The Siesta is a three-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,630 square feet under air and a total of 3,658 square feet. The great room floorplan includes a dining area overlooking the lanai, a study, a spacious outdoor living area with a pool and spa option and a two-car garage. The Myrtle is a four-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,813 square feet under air and a total of 4,190 square feet. There is also a convenient pool bath.

The Myrtle II is a slightly smaller variation with 2,687 under air and 3,833 total square feet.

The Marathon is a three-bedroom, three and one-half bath home with 2,909 square feet under air and a total of 4,301 square feet. The great room floorplan includes large island style kitchen, a dining area overlooking the lanai, a study (convertible to a formal dining room or 4th bedroom), a spacious outdoor living area with a pool and spa option (as well as an outdoor kitchen option) and a two-car garage that may be extended into a three-car garage. There is also a convenient pool bath.

All of these homes are set in a nautical paradise with exceptional amenities.

The wonderful new 4,484 square foot community clubhouse is situated on a premium waterfront site at the entrance to the harbor.
