Neal Communities closes on site for Estero Place

Michael Greenberg Michael Greenberg Neal Communities has closed on two parcels totaling approximately 53 acres of zoned- residential property at the southwest corner of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road in Estero to develop a gated community. Neal plans to build approximately 100 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,870 to 2,600 square feet, offering lake and preserve views. Construction is expected to begin in late fall or early winter, with sales beginning in the fall of 2013. Prices will start in the high $200,000s.

“This is a jewel of a location for a gated community in Estero,” said Michael Greenberg, the company’s vice president of building in Lee and Collier counties. “Homeowners will be near schools, shopping, entertainment, the beaches, and Southwest Florida International Airport is less than 10 miles away.”
