Brandywine Condominium wins excellence award
Brandywine Condominium, an Associa Gulf Coast community in Fort Myers, took top honors in the Best Website and Internet Communications category in the 2012 Florida Communities of Excellence Awards program, the only statewide, independently judged program recognizing community associations for best practices and accomplishments. Brandywine, managed by Chip Blunt, was deemed the best in promoting positive community relations through effective communications.
Winners were named at the fourth annual Florida Communities of Excellence Conference and Awards Ceremony at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Conference Center on March 30. Some of the other categories included disaster preparedness, environmental protection, family and friends programs, energy and water conservation, financial innovation, and safety and security.
“It is a privilege to have managed Brandywine for the last 17 years,” said Associa Gulf Coast President and CEO Wendy Murray. “We are extremely proud they were selected as the winner of this category.”
