Home building permits up in June
During June, contractors pulled permits to build 46 single-family houses collectively valued at $9.7 million in unincorporated Lee County. That compares with 41 permits issued in May and 24 issued in June 2009, according to the Lee County Department of Community Development. Full Story

U.S. corn production has been at recordsetting levels in two of the past three years and, seemingly, will do so again this year.
