Sandoval’s Phase II more than 45 percent sold
Sandoval, the 524-acre master planned community being developed by the Bonita Bay Group, the company’s first in Cape Coral, has been exceeding sales projections since it celebrated its grand opening on Jan. 8, 2005. Lakeview, a neighborhood of 80 lakefront single-family villa homes in Verandah, is nearly sold out. Only four homes remain after the 76th sale was recently recorded.
