Lennar building new homes at Moody River Estates

The Sorrento model by Lennar. COURTESY RENDERINGS Lennar will start construction of new homes priced from under $190,000 at Moody River Estates, located off Hancock Ridge Parkway east of Orange Grove Boulevard on Moody River Boulevard in North Fort Myers.

Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division in Fort Myers, said seven distinctive floor plans at Moody River Estates range in size from 1,677 square feet of living space to over 3,200 square feet.

New single-family homes at Moody River Estates include standard features such as designer tile, wood cabinets, tile roofs, brick paver driveways, elegant designer bathrooms and two- and threecar garages, Mr. Devereaux said.

Moody River Estates features an Old Florida style clubhouse with resort style pool, barbecue pits with picnic benches, a fitness center, billiards room, big screen TV, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce ball, and a children’s playground.
