The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Inc. is partnering with the Lee County Housing Development Corp. to provide a free homebuyer education class on Saturday, Feb. 20. Home permits up in January
During January, contractors pulled permits to build 34 single-family houses collectively valued at $9.1 million in unincorporated Lee County. That compares to 20 permits issued in December and 13 in January 2009, according to the Lee County Department of Community Development. Full Story
