Stock Construction has begun construction on a new building of townhomes at Paseo, the 2009 Community of the Year.
The new lakefront building has five units overlooking the community’s largest lake, said Tim Clark, vice president of sales for Paseo,.
“These five new homes have beautiful lake views and each floor plan offers multiple front porches or balconies for enjoying the outdoors,” Mr. Clark said. “The wonderful design of these homes places the garages in the rear, giving residents direct access from their front door to lovely brick paver sidewalks and unobstructed vistas.”
The new building includes five different
floor plans.
The Santa Rosa is a two-story townhome with 2,084 square feet under air. This three-bedroom/2½ bath design features a front porch downstairs and a Juliette balcony off the guest suite. It includes an attached single-car garage and twin secure outdoor storage closets.
The San Clemente is a 1,404-squarefoot ground floor flat with two-bedrooms, two baths and a pair of large lanais facing the lake. The living area features an expanded great room and there is an attached two-car garage.
The San Pablo is a second story flat. The three-bedroom, two-bath design offers an island-style kitchen, a large front porch, an attached two-car garage and 1,770 square feet under air. San Pablo B is the reverse floor plan of the San Pablo.
The Santa Anna (end unit) is a threebedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome featuring formal living and dining rooms, an attached two-car garage and 1,733 square feet under air.
The townhomes are scheduled for completion in June. Construction of new casita homes is also scheduled to begin soon.
Flats and town homes, including two- and three-story designs, are available in a total of 14 floor plans with two, three and four bedrooms and two or three baths. These homes range from 1,227 to 2,084 square feet under air and include one-and two-car garages.
Paseo also offers six casita floor plans ranging from 1,531 to 2,080 square feet under air. Each casita features two or three bedrooms, 2 ½ or three baths and two floors of living. The casita blends the ease and luxury of maintenance-free living with the privacy of a single-family home in residences that are built around a common driveway.
Two neighborhoods of single-story, two-story and courtyard-style singlefamily homes are available. Plans range from 1,649 to just over 3,000 square feet under air plus attached two-car garages. Luxurious pool and spa upgrades are available and all four neighborhoods feature sweeping views of the Six Mile Cypress Slough and surrounding lakes.
In 2009, Paseo won its third consecutive Community of the Year Award from the Building Industry Association, as well as 11 Pinnacle Awards for product design, Clubhouse of the Year and Developer of the Year honors. Prices begin at just $159,990.
The private, gated 444-acre community of multi-family and single-family homes is surrounded by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough.
