Homes selling fast but median price still stagnant
Realtors report record sales for 2009
Members of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Inc. closed 29.5 percent more existing single-family homes in December compared the same period a year ago. There were 1,340 closings in December, bringing the year’s total to 16,789. Compared to 8,768 home sales in 2008, the increase was 91.4 percent. Full Story
