Miromar Lakes 2009 sales ended on high note
If home sales are any indication, the 2009 sales activity at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club suggests that the market is alive and in a buying mode. Sales for 2009 at the award-winning waterfront community totaled 103 homes with a value of more than $60 million, said Jerry Schmoyer, executive vice president and general manager of Miromar Development Corp.
