Hirdie-Girdie Art Gallery announced that two well-known Southwest Florida artists, Anne Kittel and Robert Huelsebusch, have joined the cooperative. Mr. Huelsebusch, a master woodcarver, has been creating wood sculptures for more than 20 years. Ms. Kittel has been painting and exhibiting watercolor paintings in the Sanibel and Fort Myers areas for several years, receiving many awards for her work. Hirdie-Girdie Art Gallery is a cooperative of award-winning artists creating original island art including paintings, photographs, baskets, turned wood, wood carvings, jewelry, fused glass, lizzart and pottery.
