Sarita neighborhood construction advances at Paseo

According to Tim Clark, vice president of Sales for Paseo, nine of the 21 homes have been completed or are under construction. Sarita’s homesites offer lake views or vistas of the Six Mile Cypress Slough’s nature preserves and all have attached two-car garages and pool and spa options. The neighborhood is near Paseo’s outstanding Village Center and prices start from just the $339,990.

“Sarita’s homes are from Stock Construction’s Traditional Series of homes,” Mr. Clark said. “There are a total of four floorplans, which include two, three or four bedrooms, formal studies and up to three full baths. The sizes of the plans range from 2,225 to 3,446 square feet under air.”

The Ravenna is a two-bedroom/study, two-bath home with 2,225 square feet and a total of 2,984, including a screened and covered lanai, and attached two-car garage. The floor plan has a formal living and dining rooms. The kitchen features an oversized island and is situated adjacent to the informal family room and breakfast nook, both of which overlook an optional pool and lanai. The master bedroom offers two walk-in closets.

The Montessa is a three-bedroom/ study/two-bath great room style home with 2,293 square feet under air and a total of 3,166 square feet. The master suite offers bay windows overlooking the optional pool and lanai. The islandstyle kitchen includes a breakfast nook with bay windows and the floor plan has a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen.

The courtyard-style Salerno model is a three-bedroom/study/three-bath home with a full cabana suite overlooking the courtyard and fountain. The home has 2,446 square feet under air and a total of 4,046 square feet. The courtyard includes a large covered porch area with an optional fountain and columns. A second screened and covered lanai is located at the rear of the home and is directly accessed from the living and dining rooms as well as the master bedroom.

The Ruffino is a single-story, great room style home with 2,585 square feet under air and a total of 3,405 square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, side-loaded two-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a large pool deck and spa. This three-bedroom/ 2½-bath home offers a comfortable great-room design with a formal dining room and a study that is convertible to a fourth bedroom.
