Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate announced the following transactions:

A & M Supply Corp. leased 9,350 square feet of industrial space in Sun Coast Commerce Park at 1850 Ortiz Ave., Suite 160 from East Group Properties LP. Gary Tasman and Brandon Stoneburner of Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate office, negotiated the transaction.

Massage Envy leased 4,000 square feet of retail space in Coconut Point mall at 23106 Fashion Drive, Estero, from Simon Group. Gary Tasman and Brandon Stoneburner of Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate office, negotiated the transaction.

Commercial construction

Stevens Construction Inc. has been awarded the contract for the renovations at The Glenview at Pelican Bay. Construction will occur in two phases and include interior renovations of the 12-story continuing care retirement community, including the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, located at 100 Glenview Place. The community will remain in operation during construction, scheduled to begin this winter. Design services were provided by Caffey Architecture.

J.L. Wallace Inc. has completed the construction of two multi-use buildings for St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Cape Coral. The project included the construction of two 5,600-square-foot concrete block structures with wood truss and metal roof, all interior finishes and complete site package. The structures house a chapel, classrooms and offices. Jason P. Tramonte Architect Inc. provided design services with structural engineering by Liebl & Barrow, civil engineering by Harrop Engineering Company, mechanical engineering by Kevatron Engineering and electrical engineering by Jewitt Engineering. David Grossman served as project manager; Dennis Tyeryar was superintendent; and Robbyn Spears was the project manager assistant. 
