CONNELL Bonita Bay Group announced the appointment of Scott Connell as the new general manager at Sandoval, the 524- acre gated community in Cape Coral. He will oversee the community’s management and operations, including the homeowners association. Mr. Connell has more than three decades of management experience, including the past 23 years in Southwest Florida with premier residential golf course development, HOA and property management, community activities, sales and marketing. He was most recently general manager of community implementation for Bonita Bay Group in Collier, Glades, Hendry, Lee and Highlands counties.
