New Holiday Inn Airport ranks tops in customer satisfaction

HIRSCHOVITS HIRSCHOVITS The new Holiday Inn Airport at Town Center is ranked highest in overall guest satisfaction as compared to all Holiday Inns in North America.

The overall guest satisfaction ranking of 96.3 percent is based on responses to electronic surveys sent by the intercontinental brand to guests who have stayed at the hotel. The hotel, which opened in February, is managed by Brian Holly, former managing director of Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, and Fred Hirschovits, founder and president of Twenty/ Twenty Worldwide Hospitality LLC.

“Our team is committed to providing the highest level of proactive guest service and this top ranking is a great tribute to their dedication,” said Mr. Holly. “Our hotel is a new prototype Holiday Inn, unlike what guests have experienced in the past, so there is a definite ‘wow’ factor from the moment we welcome them and we are determined to continue that positive impression throughout their stay.”

Holiday Inn Airport at Town Center is a full-service conference hotel with 169 guest rooms and 7,000 square feet of meeting, banquet and pre-function space with menus designed and created by longtime local chef Murray Young, a member of the U.S. Culinary Olympic team.
