PACE Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee hosted the first in a series of monthly “trail blazer” seminars where local professional men and women will visit the center and share inspirational stories. Judge Janeice Martin
was the first to kick off the series and talk about her career and how her love of the legal field and determination to never give up has led her on a long rewarding journey to Collier County judge.

Wheeler,
managing shareholder of the Fort Myers office, has been elected to the board of directors of Voices for Kids of Southwest Florida Inc. The mission of Voices for the Kids is to ensure that every abused and neglected child in the five Southwest Florida counties has a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem volunteer and that financial assistance and other resources are available for the children’s accompanying health, education and social needs. Ms. Wheeler is a member of the employment law practice group at Fowler White Boggs.
