Stock completes Provencia Court at Paseo
Stock Construction is finishing construction of Provencia Court, a singlefamily home neighborhood at Paseo in Fort Myers.

Foreclosure, bankruptcy workshop schedule for Nov. 19
The Lee County Bar Association will sponsor another free foreclosure and bankruptcy workshop for the public on Thursday, Nov. 19 starting at 6 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 12600 University Drive in Fort Myers. Foreclosure rates jump in Lee in September
Foreclosure rates in Lee County increased in the month of September over the same period last year, according to First American CoreLogic, a leading collector of national, state and local data on home prices, foreclosure and delinquency activity, real estate sales volume and mortgage loan activity. County issues 23 home permits in October
During October, Lee County Community Development issued permits for 23 single-family homes valued at $4.9 million to be built in unincorporated Lee County. In comparison, there were 31 permits for single-family homes issued in September and 30 issued in October 2008. Full Story
