CASE The Case Companies, the Fort Myers-based corporate benefits company founded by Thomas D. Case in 1999, has changed its name to Case Pearlman Corporate Benefits, reflecting the company’s growth in both services and clients. Case Pearlman Corporate Benefits provides group medical and retirement benefit plans, as well as life, disability, dental, vision and longterm care insurance products throughout the state of Florida, in addition to serving clients nationally in 10 states. Mr. Case will serve as chairman of the firm and Dennis M. Pearlman will be the president. Both are accredited investment fiduciaries and provide advisory services to for-profit and nonprofit clients. 
