Aqua Property Group leased 1,608 square feet of office space at 1322 SE 46th Lane, Cape Coral from 46th Lane Courtyard, LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Danner, Inc leased 5,100 square feet of warehouse space at 2760 Braman Ave., Fort Myers from Moreno Palm, LLC. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Buffalo Wheelchair Inc. a New York Corporation d/b/a Fort Oxygen, leased 1,942 square feet of industrial flex space at 6360 Corporate Park Circle from Moorestown, LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Lamar, LLC has signed a long-term lease for 6,535 square feet of industrial flex space in the International Business Center, 13881 Plantation Road, Fort Myers. The Landlord is International Flex Associates, LLC. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial represented the tenant and Matt Price of McGarvey Development represented the landlord.

Hope Hospice & Community Services, Inc. have purchased a 10-acre site at 1810 Savona Parkway, Cape Coral, to construct a 50,000-square-foot Hospice House. Seller was OB Savona, LLC. The purchase price was $1.5 million. Paul Sands and Michael Doyle, CCIM, of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Alico Automotive, Inc. leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 17051 Jean St., Fort Myers, from Chason Investments, LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

The Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division announced the following transaction:

NYFL Commercial Holdings, LLC has purchased Palm Professional Terrace, a 30,019-square-foot retail/office building at 7001 Cypress Terrace and a .69-acre outparcel, from Bank of Florida SW for $2.25 million. Chase Mayhugh of Mayhugh Realty, Inc. represented the buyer, and Michael J. Frye, CCIM, of the Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division represented the seller.

Key Real Estate Advisors has leased 3,700 square feet of office space from Keuhner Properties in Parkway Plaza located at 10231 Metro Parkway, Units 102 and 103, in Fort Myers. Steve Spinosa and Michael J. Frye, CCIM, of the Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division represented the tenant and Andrew Falde, CCIM, and Jim Garinger, CCIM, of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord.

RE/MAX Realty Group announced the following transactions:

Breeze Linens, Inc. leased 1,780 square feet for a five-year term at Metro Commerce Center, 11220 Metro Parkway. Breeze Linens, Inc. supplies linens to the hospitality industry. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates represented the landlord, and Brad Welborn, CCIM, with RE/MAX Realty Group, represented the tenant.

Oriental Asia Massage leased 1,746 square feet from Courtney Plaza, LLC at 4120 Cleveland Ave., Unit C, for a five-year term. Oriental Asia Massage moved from the Miami area. Brad Welborn, CCIM, with RE/MAX Realty Group negotiated the transaction.

A Abacus Mr. Auto Insurance of East Fort Myers, Inc. d/b/a Mr. Auto leased 1,360 square feet from Courtney Plaza, LLC at 4120 Cleveland Ave, Unit B1, for a three-year term. Brad Welborn, CCIM, with RE/MAX Realty Group, negotiated the transaction.

Curious Cargo leased 8,250 square feet in Trailwinds Plaza at 12001 S. Cleveland Ave., from Stamra, Inc. Dan Miller of the Miller Alliance at RE/ MAX Realty Group negotiated the transaction.
