FULTZ Pam Fultz has been named community relations director at The Terraces at Bonita Springs. The Terraces is the area’s newest planned gated senior living community.

As community relations director, Ms. Fultz is responsible for educating the public about The Terraces, the lifestyle it offers and the benefits of unlimited lifecare. Prior to joining The Terraces team, she served as a public relations consultant in Naples. Ms. Fultz also has more than 12 years of experience in the radio and television news industries, holding such positions as reporter, anchor and news director.

Jon Pytynia has joined Zivkovic & Associates, an established Southwest Florida property manager and Realtor. He has invested in income real estate and began rehabbing houses in the Fort Myers area. He is knowledgeable in many facets of real estate investment, including sales, property management, multi-family investment and real estate secured lending. 
