BYAL Tim Byal has joined Miromar Development Corp. as the vice president of finance. Mr. Byal was initially with Miromar Development from 2000 to 2003 as vice president of operations. In that position he played an integral role in the development of Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club from the ground up. In the ensuing years, Mr. Byal moved to St. Augustine, where he was a division president for WCI Communities. More recently, he was senior vice president for The Related Group in Miami where he was involved with business development and project management. Mr. Byal is a certified public accountant and is also a Florida licensed real estate broker.
