Boat show, model tour at The Reserve at Estero

A variety of boats from Marina Mike’s will be on display adjacent to the sales center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1.

In addition, the four designer-furnished models at The Reserve at Estero will be open for touring, providing a sampling of the variety of home designs, included features and quality finishes available within the community.

“This event is planned to present the lifestyle that brings people to Florida,” said Jim Manners, vice president of Toll Brothers Florida West Division. “Water sports and boating are certainly appealing attractions, and our boat show will present ways to enjoy the water. The central location of The Reserve at Estero makes it an easy drive to the beach and convenient to marinas and boat docks.”

Four award-winning designer-furnished models are available for viewing.

The award-winning San Rio is a spacious three-bedroom, 2½ bath home with a family room and breakfast area as well as formal living and dining rooms. The San Rio encompasses 1,981 air-conditioned square feet, and with a two-car garage, covered entry and lanai, a total of 2,687 square feet.
