Adjacent to Estero Bay Park, the 26-story condominium has 90 residences ranging from 3,517 to 4,146 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Each residence has a screened terrace fitted with a summer kitchen equipped with an electric grill, sink and cabinetry; and SubZero/Wolf appliance package in residence. The building has a rooftop sunset terrace for all of the homeowners' enjoyment with views of Estero Bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, seating areas, a grill and a wet bar area.
