Hope Hospice and Community Services Inc. signed a long term lease with Cambridge Associates of SW Florida LLC, for 12,800 square feet in Westlinks II at Gateway. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial exclusively represented the tenant and Matt Price of McGarvey Development represented the landlord.

Hope Hospice and Community Services Inc. signed a long-term lease with Promenades Mall LLC for 6,413 square feet in the Promenades Mall in Port Charlotte. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Eaton Air Conditioning leased a 3,000- square-foot office/warehouse located at 6240-1 Metro Plantation from Supreme Properties. The lease was brokered by Darius Cochran, RE/MAX Realty Team, and Jim McMenamy, RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division.
