Homebuilder buys remaining Mediterra properties

    The Bonita Bay Group and Naplesbased luxury home builder London Bay Homes have reached an agreement in principle, subject to final documentation, on the sale and purchase of the remaining 50 single-family and villa home sites in Mediterra, the upscale golf course community developed by Bonita Bay Group. Bar Association to offer free foreclosure workshop

    The Lee County Bar Association will sponsor a free monthly foreclosure and bankruptcy workshop for the public from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at Florida Rural Legal Services, 3210 Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers. Lee County issues 34 home permits in August

    Lee County issued permits for 34 single-family homes in August, valued at $10.4 million to be built in unincorporated Lee County. In comparison, there were 33 permits for single-family homes issued in July and 37 issued in August 2008. Full Story
