Toll Brothers has released for sale a new quick-delivery home — the San Rio — at The Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes being developed on Estero Parkway.

Quick Delivery homes are homes in various stages of construction and are perfect for those with time constraints.

The San Rio, which features the Traditional exterior design, is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath home with a family room and breakfast area as well as formal living and dining rooms. The San Rio encompasses 1,981 air-conditioned square feet.
