Harbourside Custom Homes reports uptick in luxury home sales
Harbourside Custom Homes, an NRS Diamond Award winner for customer satisfaction, reports it has three luxury homes in the permitting stage, including two in Lee County and one in Collier County. Lennar reports strong sales at Bella Terra
Lennar reports it recently sold nine luxury homes in one week at Bella Terra, located off Corkscrew Road east of Interstate 75 in Estero. Since June 1, the homebuilder sold 32 homes at Bella Terra, said Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar's Southwest Florida division. Full Story
