. LandQwest Commercial announced the following transaction:

Indiana-based ITT Educational Services' newest Florida location is just off Daniels Parkway at the Powerscourt Center, 13500 Powers Court, Suite 100. ITT Technical Institute occupies nearly 20,000 square feet.

LandQwest Commercial sales associate Mary Beth Cangiano represented the landlord, Jim Dwyer of Powerscourt LLC, in a transaction that brought ITT Technical Institute to Fort Myers. ITT Educational Services Inc. was represented by Joe Ferrao, of NAI Southwest Florida, in this transaction.

. The Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group announced the following transaction:

The Jewish Federation of Lee and Charlotte counties has purchased a 7,200-square-foot office at 9701 Commerce Center Court in South Fort Myers from Bank of Florida Southwest for $700,000. Hal Arkin and Michael J. Frye, CCIM, of the Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group brokered the sale.

Robert K. Allen purchased a 9,600-square-foot industrial building at 1212 Enterprise Drive in Port Charlotte, from Charlotte Capital Inc for $480,000. Ron Struthers, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers/Naples brokered the transaction.

Waves of Wonder Inc leased 4,880 square feet in Bougainvillea Center, located at 7740 Preserve Lane in Naples, from Paul S. Kaplan as receiver. Bill Young of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers/Naples brokered the transaction.

Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc leased 2,500 square feet at 14231 Jetport Loop in Fort Myers from 14231 Jetport Loop Holdings LLC. Grubb & Ellis/1st Commercial represented the landlord and Stan Stouder, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers/ Naples represented the tenant.

Batteries Plus leased 1,800 square feet in Moorings Plaza, located at 1811 Tamiami Trail North in Naples, from Angelo & Alice Arena. Chip Olson of Colonial Square Realty represented the landlord, and Bill Young and Dan O'Berski of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers/Naples represented the tenant.

IBM renewed its lease for 960 square feet in Metro Park Gardens, located at 2830 Winkler Ave. in Fort Myers, from Metro Park Gardens LLC. Randal L. Mercer and Enn Luthringer, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers/Naples brokered the transaction.
