First home sites sold in Costa Amalfi at Miromar Lakes

Distinctive Communities Inc. and Michelangelo Homes, two of the builders in Costa Amalfi, will each construct one of the homes.

Mark and Carolyn Ain, who have owned a coach home in Miromar Lakes for three years, felt a larger home was needed to accommodate their six children who frequently visit. Distinctive Communities is building their new Costa Amalfi home.

"We looked in North Naples and Bonita Springs and decided to stay at Miromar Lakes for a couple of reasons," Mark Ain said. "We travel back and forth from our home in Massachusetts during the winter months and the proximity to the airport here makes it easy. We can be passing through the security checkpoint at Southwest Florida International Airport only 15 minutes after leaving our garage. And, although Miromar has golf, we are not golfers.
