Construction remains on schedule for Fort Myers Beach's newest boutique hotel. General contractor Carlton-Naumann Construction is currently painting the exterior of Harbour House at the Inn and installing interior drywall. Permit activity weak in Lee County
Builders in unincorporated Lee County pulled 33 permits for single-family houses in July, collectively valued at more than $11.9 million. That compares to 24 permits issued during June and 49 issued in July 2008. Full Story
