Only three town homes ready for sale at Somerset in Estero

Alan Beulah, general sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Fort Myers-Naples region, said new two- and three-bedroom town homes at Somerset range in size from 1,550 square feet of living space to 1,750 square feet.

Only one single-family home remains at the Estates of Valencia Lakes, the homebuilder's community off Randall and Immokalee roads in Naples, Mr. Beulah said. The 3,500-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath home with media room and pool, priced in the high $300,000s is also move-in ready, he said.
