The American Advertising Federation - Southwest Florida honored past president Greg Weichert with the Silver Medal Award, presented by former club president and previous recipient Stephen Gray-Blancett. The AAF's Silver Medal Award Program was established in 1959 to recognize men and women who have made outstanding contributions to advertising and who have been active in furthering the industry's standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern. The club also installed new officers: Wendy Payton Enriquez, president; Angie Basile, Gulf Coast Business Review, first vice president; Scott Qurollo, second vice president; Janet Courtney, Travelhost, recording secretary; Robert Armstrong, Matador Creative, corresponding secretary; Derek Scott, Presstige Printing, treasurer; and Samantha Scott, immediate past president.
