Toll Brothers hosting outdoors sales event

Toll Brothers will celebrate outdoor living with the Outdoors Oasis Sales Event beginning Saturday, July 25, through Sunday, Aug. 2, at communities throughout Florida. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

"This event is planned to enhance the Florida lifestyle with included outdoor amenities designed to create residents' own 'Oasis' at no extra cost," said Ken Thirtyacre, president of Toll Brothers' Florida West Division. "Held in conjunction with national sales event Toll Brothers is hosting across the country, this event will offer substantial savings and the chance for home buyers to capitalize on the buyer's market."

Among the outdoor living options are swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, screen enclosures, brick paver lanais, and landscaping packages. During the week of the event, new home buyers will receive select options included in the purchase of their new home that would otherwise cost thousands of dollars. Specific options vary by community.

In Southwest Florida the Outdoor Oasis Sales Event celebration will be held at Belle Lago, a single-family home community on Estero Parkway in Estero; The Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes also on Estero Parkway; and Firano at Naples, a community of single-family homes off Davis Boulevard in Naples.

"We also want to invite visitors to tour each community to see the extensive resort style of amenities included in communities by Toll Brothers," Mr. Thirtyacre said.

Belle Lago offers a total of 13 home designs, ranging in size from 2,501 to 4,354 square feet and priced from the mid-$300,000s. Four award-winning designer-furnished models are available for viewing and completed amenities include community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center and more.

A variety of home designs are offered at The Reserve at Estero, ranging from 1,509 to 2,545 air-conditioned square feet. Several home designs are available for viewing as well as move-in-ready homes. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s. Completed amenities include community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and more.
