Junior League of Fort Myers named Michelle Thomas and Paige Biagi its 2009 Taste of the Town co-chairs. Ms. Thomas is an executive of Saturn of Southwest Florida and Ms. Biagi is the chief legislative assistant to Rep. Gary Aubuchon. The Lee County Board of County Commissioners appointed Sanibel Island Vice Mayor Kevin B. Ruane to the Lee County Tourist Development Council. Mr. Ruane has served on the Sanibel city council since 2007 and was recently elected vice mayor by city council for the 2008-09 term. Full Story
