DALE Dave Dale of the Owen-Ames-Kimball Company has been appointed president of the Florida Southwest Chapter of Construction Specification Institute's board of directors. CSI is a national association dedicated to creating standards and formats to improve construction documents and project delivery through better communication. In his 20-year tenure with O-A-K, Mr. Dale has held the positions of job site superintendent, general superintendent and vice president of operations. Mr. Dale is president of Owen- Ames-Kimball Company and chairman of O-A-K/Florida Inc. board of directors.
