Hidden Harbor development offers unique financing program

Hidden Harbor, a new harborfront community in South Fort Myers, has partnered with Florida Community Bank to offer special financing to buyers.

Program benefits include:

• Up to 90 percent financing on primary and secondary homes

• Up to 80 percent financing on investment homes

• Construction financing available

• No mortgage insurance required

• Locked permanent loan rate 30 days prior to certification of occupancy

• No escrow required for property taxes and insurance

Buyers must be able to verify income and assets.

"This is a truly unique financing program offered exclusively to Hidden Harbor through Florida Community Bank," said Marc Beshears, vice president of Hidden Harbor Preserve Inc. "Florida Community Bank has enough confidence in this project they are willing to portfolio the construction and end loans on all of Hidden Harbor's unreplicable harborfront homes."

The Hidden Harbor sales center is located at 17230 Tamiami Trail, Suite 5 in Fort Myers, near the entrance of the community. The center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For full financing program details call Patty Wessel at 368- 0980.

Hidden Harbor is a 54-acre harborfront community located midway between Fort Myers and Naples, with convenient gulf access to Southwest Florida's finest beaches on Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach, as well as other important destinations.
