GILKEY Dennis Gilkey, CEO of the Gilkey Organization, was a featured speaker at two recent workshops on low-impact development, an innovative approach to community design, construction and maintenance

that can be used to minimize the adverse impacts of development. The workshops, held in Lake City and Spring Hill, were presented by the University of Florida IFAS Extension Service Program for Resource Efficient Communities and Florida Yards & Neighborhoods, for government officials and staff, developers, builders, Realtors and water resource protection advocates.
