WHEELER WHEELER Fowler White Boggs announced that Denise L. Wheeler of the firm's Fort Myers office was selected by her peers as Florida Trend Magazine's 2009 Florida Legal Elite, a select group comprising the top 2 percent of lawyers practicing in Florida. Ms. Wheeler is the managing shareholder of the Fort Myers office and practices in employment law. Fowler White Boggs is one of Florida's oldest and largest law firms with more than 130 attorneys in five offices throughout Florida.

The Pavese Law Firm announced that William T. Haverfield, Stephen E. Dalton, Diane L. Jensen, Peter J. Gravina and Christopher J. Shields have been selected for inclusion in the 2009 Florida Super Lawyers. Charles Mann has been named as a 2009 Rising Star. Mr. Haverfield, Mr. Dalton, Mrs. Jensen, Mr. Gravina, Mr. Shields and Mr. Mann are partners in the Pavese Law Firm, a full-service law firm with offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and West Palm Beach.
