WHEELER Fowler White Boggs announced that Denise L. Wheeler of the firm's Fort Myers office was selected by her peers as Florida Trend Magazine's 2009 Florida Legal Elite, a select group comprising the top 2 percent of lawyers practicing in Florida. Ms. Wheeler is the managing shareholder of the Fort Myers office and practices in employment law.
