Michelangelo Homes introduces new designs

Costa Amalfi is the newest neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, offering unique single-family beach cottages. Only 16 home sites are available in this new neighborhood that features frontage along a wide stretch of private white sandy beach. Southwest views sweep across 250-acre Lake Como, which adjoins 450-acre Lake Maggiore.

All four of the Michelangelo's plans include a great room design with a tray ceiling, a dining nook, a kitchen with an island bar, a covered outdoor living space and a two-car garage. A pool and spa package, cypress lanai ceilings, and an outdoor fireplace are optional for each residence. An outdoor kitchen with a grill and refrigerator is another option.

The San Clemente is a one-story plan with 1,860 air-conditioned square feet, which includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, an office, and a walk-in closet plus a wardrobe closet in the master bedroom. The Monterey, which is also a one-story home, includes 2,091 air-conditioned square feet. It includes three bedrooms, three full bathrooms plus a powder room, and a study.

The Santa Barbara is a two-story plan which encompasses 2,621 air-conditioned square feet with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, his and her walk-in closets in the master bathroom, a sun terrace on the second floor, a loft, and a second story walk-in storage closet. The Newport Beach, the largest of the floor plans, has 3,284 air-conditioned square feet with four bedrooms (each featuring walk-in closets), and four bathrooms. It also boasts a large foyer leading into a grand hall, a study, an upstairs loft with a balcony, and a covered terrace accessible from both second-story bedrooms.

Each home will has a "New California" exterior design with a custom wood front entry door and impact windows and doors. They will also feature granite countertops throughout the home and kitchens that include upgraded appliance packages and custom cabinetry with self-closing Blu-motion drawers. The homes will include "green" features such as energy efficient appliances, Icynene insulation for "conditioned air" attics and air filtration systems.
