Sanibel Captiva Trust Company leased 4,536 square feet of office space at 2460 Palm Ridge Road, Sanibel, for five years plus options. The trust company will occupy the entire Tarpon Bay Center. Lisa Bramm of R.L.R. Investments LLC negotiated the transaction.

Adventures in Paradise has leased 1600 square feet of retail space at Tahitian Gardens, 2019 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, for five years plus options. Adventures in Paradise carries outdoor gear and clothing. Lisa Bramm of R.L.R. Investments LLC negotiated the transaction.

Bob's Electronics has leased 600 square feet of retail space at Tahitian Gardens, 1995 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, for one year plus options. Lisa Bramm of R.L.R. Investments LLC negotiated the transaction.

Island Interiors of Sanibel has leased 560 square feet of retail space at The Village Shops, 2340 Periwinkle Way, suite E-1, Sanibel, for one year plus options. Island Interiors of Sanibel is an upscale home furnishing and interior design store. Lisa Bramm of R.L.R. Investments LLC negotiated the transaction.

Kay Casperson's Beauty Inside Out has leased 300 square feet of retail space at The Village Shops, 2340 Periwinkle Way, suite F-1, Sanibel. Kay Casperson's is a boutique cosmetic store specializing in all natural cosmetics. Lisa Bramm of R.L.R. Investments LLC negotiated the transaction.

PURRE Water Coalition Inc. has leased 647 square feet of office space at The Village Shops & Offices, 2340 Periwinkle Way, suite J-2, Sanibel. PURRE is a nonprofit organization formed by individuals of Sanibel to protect the waters of Southwest Florida. Lisa Bramm of R.L.R. Investments LLC negotiated the transaction.

It's a Beautiful Thing has leased 1,350 square feet of commercial space at Iona Schoolhouse, 15961 McGregor Blvd., Suite 2, Fort Myers. It's a Beautiful Thing is a hair salon specializing in haircuts, color, perms, manicures and pedicures. Lisa Bramm of R.L.R. Investments LLC negotiated the transaction.

. Woodyard & Associates LLC announced the following transactions:

Plaza Shoe Repair Inc. renewed its lease for 784 square feet from Pinebrook Pine LLC, Suite 131, 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

United American Insurance Company leased 900 square feet of office space from Danpark LLC, Suite 210, 8981 Daniels Center Drive, Fort Myers. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

Armcar International Inc. leased 3,600 square feet of office/warehouse space from Lunsford Real Estate LLC, 4075 Edison Ave., Unit 2, Fort Myers. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates LLC represented the lessor and Tom Borgen represented the lessee.

. Pepitone Properties Corp. announced the following transactions:

Lehigh Regional Medical Center leased 4,756 square feet for physcians at Sunshine Professional Suite, 3400 Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres, from Sunshine Professional Suites. Tom Pepitone, of Pepitone Properties Corp., Fort Myers, represented the landlord and the tenant.

. The Sands Commercial Group ~ VIP Commercial announced the following transaction:

Flagler Insurance Group LLC entered into a long-term lease for a 2,150-squarefoot freestanding building at 1611 Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral from Cape Promenade Trust. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

. Colliers Arnold announced the following transactions:

Furniture Solution leased 11,715 square feet of retail space at 15091 S. Tamiami Trail from Sanjo Realty Corp. William Mankin from Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.

Thompson Law PA leased 4,000 square feet of office space at 6804 Porto Fino Circle from Mike and Mary Crowther. Karen Johnson Crowther from Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. Jason King from Realty Experts represented the tenant.

Church of the Spiritual Light Corporation leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 1939 Park Meadows Drive from C. Allen Colley Trust. William Mankin from Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. Charles Harris with Prudential represented the tenant.

Quest Diagnostics leased 1,762 square feet of office space at 3660 Central Ave. from Bottle Brush LLC. Karl Lippek, P.E., CCIM, from Colliers Arnold represented the tenant. Ron Kerr from Sperry Van Ness represented the landlord.

Florida Medical One Inc. leased 2,454 square feet of office space at 6150 Diamond Center Court from 215 Riverview Properties LLC. Jim Tamblyn, CCIM, from Colliers Arnold represented the tenant. Mike Powell from Cypress Realty Inc. represented the landlord.

HJG Enterprises leased 1,420 square feet of retail space at Daniels Crossing, 6900 Daniels Parkway, from Stiles Corp. Karen Johnson-Crowther from Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction. The tenant will be operating a full-service hair salon.

Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Inc. leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 13410 Parker Commons Blvd. from PC Seven LLC. This will house the company's Custom Design Center serving Lee, Collier, Monroe, and Charlotte counties. Jim Tamblyn, CCIM, from Colliers Arnold, represented the tenant. Jeff Hossler from Sand Castle Realty Group Inc. represented the landlord.

Sam Tam Properties LLC purchased the 13,980-square-foot industrial building at 122 E. Charlotte Ave. from Bradco Supply Corp. for $600,000. William Mankin and Karen Johnson-Crowther from Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.

. Grubb & Ellis 1st Commercial LLC announced the following transactions:

Westgate Medical Records LLC recently sold a 41,648-square-foot warehouse building on 2.91 acres to Great Northern Investments LLC for $2,537,500. The building is currently leased to a documents storage company. Bob Johnston and Jerry Messonnier with Grubb & Ellis 1st Commercial LLC represented the seller and Tom Daugherty of Daugherty & Associates represented the buyer.

Morehead Enterprises Inc. leased 4,526 square feet of office/warehouse space at 11400 Metro Parkway from Webco Properties LLC. Tiffany Luongo of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the tenant and Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier, and Mary Pepin Kazor of Grubb & Ellis 1st Commercial represented the landlord.

EarthBalance Corporation leased 1,800 square feet of industrial space at 5001 Luckett Road from Mazzolin/Lemar LP. Derek Bornhorst and Mary Pepin Kazor of Grubb & Ellis 1st Commercial brokered the transaction.
