FineMark opens on-site at Shell Point

FICKER FICKER FineMark National Bank and Trust has established on-site banking services for residents of Shell Point Retirement Community, its employees and the public.

Shell Point is home to more than 2,100 residents and employs more than 850 people. The development also has two hotels, restaurants and a championship golf course. Thousands of people visit Shell Point every year.

Tim Ficker, executive vice president of Shell Point, said FineMark is arranging informational group meetings and sitting down one-on-one with residents who have questions.

Susan Chicone will lead FineMark's client service team at Shell Point. She sees similar philosophies between the two organizations. "Shell Point clearly has a commitment to excellence and has been highly successful creating a wonderful community environment," she said, which mirrors Fine- Mark's commitment to excellence and its clients.

The Fine- Mark National Bank & Trust location at Shell Point will offer a wide variety of banking services, including checking, savings, safe deposit boxes and CDs, plus FineMark will offer trust and investment services to Shell Point residents. "Our goal is to determine which services meet the needs of each of our clients to always ensure that the services they are using are in their best interest," said Ms. Chicone.

CHICONE CHICONE FineMark will operate from a temporary location at Shell Point for the first three months as an on-site banking facility is updated, renovating the facility's interior and adding an ATM machine outside the building, improvements residents and employees have sought for several years.
