Four new high-rise model residences at Bonita Bay

The Lutgert Companies has introduced the first four model residences in Tavira at Bonita Bay, its sixth luxury high-rise in the Bonita Springs community.

Tavira, which will be completed this fall, will have a 26th-floor rooftop sunset terrace overlooking Estero Bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The new model residences, located on the fourth and fifth floors, have gas fireplaces in the great rooms as well as summer kitchens, complete with electric grills and sinks, on screened terraces.
