Stock Development continues strong sales in May

Stock Development continued to repeat strong sales for the month of May, posting 26 new home sales at its communities Lely Resort in Naples and Paseo in Fort Myers.

The company's sale's volume totaled $7.2 million for an average price of $292,000 during May. Stock Development is building homes priced from the $180s to more than $1 million in two of Southwest Florida's most beautiful communities.

Paseo offers flats and town homes in 14 designs, as well as six casita floor plans, priced from $188,990. These homes range from 1,200 to more than 2,000 square feet under air. Two neighborhoods of single-story, two-story and courtyard-style single-family homes are also available. Floor plans range from 1,649 to just over 3,000 square feet under air plus attached two-car garages.

Lely Resort has 13 neighborhoods and homes beginning at $198,990. Residents have access to the Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort, a separate non-golf clubhouse providing a casual, tropical atmosphere. There are also three championship golf courses, two golf clubhouses and a village center in the Olé neighborhood.

Stock Development was recently named Community of the Year at Lely Resort and Paseo and Developer of the Year in Lee County.
