KIBBEY The Southwest Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development named Lorna Kibbey president of the local chapter. She has been a longtime member of the chapter and has served on the board for the past four years. Ms. Kibbey is president and owner of Kibbey Leadership Solutions, a firm that designs and delivers seminars and speeches on leadership, communications, and motivation. She has more than 22 years of managerial experience in the government sector.
